Package Terms
- Regular Flex may be used by the purchaser or shared/gifted to authorized friends or family. No resale or cash value.
- Duo Flex is only for two designated people from the same household. No third person or outside friends.
- Paid in full at purchase.
- Each session equals one eligible massage of the purchased duration.
- Packages expire 12 months after purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited and non-refundable.
- Packages cannot be combined with other offers.
- Enhancements are extra. Body treatments and specialty compound rituals are separate unless explicitly stated as eligible.
- Body Treatments are not included in the Flex Packages. They are separate services and are not part of Flex Packages.
